Instant bunker

I read an old book from back in the duck and cover days all about nuke shelters. He described shelters you could build in the matter of an hour or so if you have a shovel. You dig a trench, throw a door over it, and throw the dirt on the door. Have a sharp right angle entrance.

The book also had lots of other variations and elaborations, you need to read it. I think it is on Kindle.
