I've got a little over 1400 sqft of raised beds, (which if I were good would apparently be enough for 4 people... I'm not.)
And when I build my "forever house" I'll leave these and put in more.
But meanwhile I've berry bushes, canes, fruit and nut trees.
That's where I'm going for real surplus.
How many aiming for large surplus?
