1950 S&W Pre 10 M&P .38 spc

I have an opportunity to buy a C&R eligible, 1950 S&W M&P, 4" pinned barrel, 5 screw .38 special for $335.

Seller is telling me it's in 90% condition. From pics it looks OK and being C&R eligible, it comes directly to me.

Good price? There's not much out there about the pre 10 models.
