No way to tell really.

But a few indications.
the NEMA 3R panel should be NEMA 4X for proper outdoor protection.
It has brushes, so these will wear and need replaced regularly.
The speed of 3600 RPM is rather fast if you want the engine to live long.
It also indicates a 2 pole generator, which I don't care for. (again, speed kills)

it says made in the USA, but the parts are imported. They don't say from where, so that means China.

If I was betting for a failure date, I would say constant running for 4-5 months would wear it out. During that time, you might still get a rain short failure on the panel, and might need to replace the brushes.

If they said the engine was made by Honda or Yamaha, or was a diesel, or made in Japan or Taiwan, was brushless, had a 4 pole generator running at 1800 rpm, then the thing would likely run for years. It would also cost 2 to 3 X as much.

Use the best oil. Service it regularly.

Just my guess. I could be totally wrong.
