so its pulling the round out of the chamber, but not kicking it out of the ejection port?.. that means your ejector or ejector spring is damaged, broken, or crudded up to the point that its not moving freely

see if the ejectors sticking out the front of the bolt face, push it in, see if it moves freely and springs back.. if it feels weak, find a video take the bolt apart and investigate further
