Colt HBAR vs Colt M1A4

Hey guys trying to look at the differences in the two rifles. Looking at adding a 20 inch AR to my collection soon.

Buds has the Colt M1A4 for about $1050. All the reviews I have read are good.

Local gun shop has what they call a post ban HBAR in 556 with the Colt scope on the carry handle and an unusual flash suppressor on it for 1200 used.

Any reason one is better than the other? I’m leaning towards the M1A4 since it is new and cheaper. Just wasn’t sure if the HBAR is that much more accurate to be worth it.
