Minnesota Boundary Waters

Came across a video tonight about the Boundary Waters in Northern Minnesota. I grew up right by them. It has been much to long since I have been there.

About 3/4 through they show pictographs from indians from long ago. Pretty cool place.

They say that back in the 1920s that gangsters would go up to the Boundary Waters to dispose of guys. Invite a guy up for a fishing trip, 5 would go up, 4 would come back. Makes you wonder how many bodies were disposed of.
