Looking to purchase a new rifle. Models i am looking at are the ruger ar 556 ($569), ruger 556 mpr($599), m&p15 ii($499), and the savage msr patrol($599). M&p i would change the handguard so i could attach my light. Mpr i would buy buis. Rifle would be my shtf firearm. Am i overthinking? Just pick what feels right or does 1 offer more value than the others. Other option would be buying a complete upper and lower ( not interested in assemebling an entire ar) but nor sure where to look.
