1988 chevy/winnebago

I've only had 12 hours to think about this,so I need ya'lls help.I need a place to stay for about 2 months and came across this motorhome.
Based on a E-30 van,5.7 ltr.112k miles.Guy said its "road worthy",but I'll live in it at work,with a hose and elec available.
Has toliet/bath..stove..microwave..dual fridge..sleeps 6.Said its clean,but has wear as you would expect being 30 years old,everything works.No leaks.

3200$ nego....so maybe 3000$?

Be hard to find a fleabag hotel for that cheap.Might even not register it and re-sell after 2 months.Might just keep it for a back up.

Anyway,gotta decide soon..so any thoughts,comments,pros/cons..special things to check?
