Nano Bots are here. How do we prep/defend against this?

No computer. Can't replicate. Only controlled by shining a laser on individual solar panels to make each leg move.

They hardly sound like they are here, or a threat from reading that article.

But if we ever get true sci-fi nanites I'm not sure there will be any fighting them. Hopefully we will have sci-fi weapons then.
