Not a fan of it,but not a fan of new laws either.
I can't walk down our public sidewalks smoking a cig,but a giant flaming torch is permitted.No public safety issues,open burning,disorderly conduct.
Some ACLU would take the case if a citation was issued,city would end up losing after a long costly battle.
Actually had F.D. come last year for burning leaves in my own yard,made me put it out...or...P.D.
What a world.
