Your pitcher pump works on vacuum and the theoretical vacuum maximum lift is 33' which is the equivalent to atmospheric pressure of 406.7" at sea level. Vacuum is the absence of atmospheric pressure, remove the atmospheric pressure in a container, if allowed, water is pushed in to fill the void.
In practice your pitcher pump will probably will lift about 25' since its not capable of creating maximum vacuum.
Well question
