EDC- flash light,

I have been looking for an EDC flashlight. but finding the right light has proved difficult.
I used to be a surefire 6-p fan but they are proving to be too big.
the smaller surefire lights are over priced( my opinion)
e-bay= junk flash lights with too many settings to cause problems in use

looking for A MODERATELY PRICED LIGHT OF 250- 300+ LUMENS with a clip retention, that is small enough to fit into a back pocket with out printing or being uncomfortable.
has any one solved this problem??? I am open to suggestions
