EITHER WAY, it will take a little time for the election results to shake out as each party will be appealing and screaming fix and cheating.

If Trump stays it will take time for the opfor to build because they know going at it piecemeal as they have will NOT be tolerated, so it will have to be an all or nothing action.

If Bitem gets in, they will muck about around the edges of some of their hot social issues, but eventually the looney left will do something that leaves no options, such as an Executive Order total semi auto ban, something like that("All you need is that double bbl shotgun")
then folks will have no choice. fight or surrender your property
the left actually thinks everyone will lay down for it. They will probably try a buyback Aussie style but it just isn't gonna work. After all it is only taxpayer money being paid to people who spent their own money to get the guns, so it will be sold as a "refund" for your guns...

Then it will depend on how tough the people's knees are...and if they want to live on them.
