Dunno about new. I would think the rubber would last at least a decade if stored cool and dry.

As for the old ones, don't throw them away. Rubber tubes are very handy. Clean them in a bucket of soapy water. Use them for various things including new rubber sleeves for any hand tools (shovels, axes, hammers, etc.) or hand guns as grip sleeves. Also rubber can be used as a makeshift tourniquet. You could probably come up with other uses with some thinking.
