Electrical parts shortages

YEP.
I was doing a rewire project and I had to go online to get breakers I needed instead of getting them at the local Home Depot.
One of them came all the way from a company in Anchorage Alaska.

My neighbor runs a large company doing renovations for high end condos and he has said that some of the construction materials have gone up 50% in the last 6 weeks... if you can get them. Now he buys full bunks of material just to get it.

it seems to be kind of a rolling problem. One week it is one thing, in another week the one thing is supplied and it is something else you can't get.
