Lee Precision - Reloading Assistance

So I am new to the reloading scene.. I know, terrible time to start. But I happened to have found a progressive press (loadmaster) from Lee available from one of their distributors and jumped on it. Because who knows if things will get better or worse in the next few months..

I have saved my brass for quite some time. Bullets are easy to come by.. Just primers for now.

Anyway.. I had some questions on part lists to add another caliber to the loadmaster and some other questions on the method and dies to use. I called Lee (it takes a while not to get a busy signal) but once I got through, the product specialist knew exactly what I needed and passed me back to one of the technical managers to answer some more questions.

This guy, Jim, spend an hour on the phone with me while I took notes on his recommended methods and experience. I tried a few times to end the call after he had answered my original question, but glad I didn't. He would be ready to hang up and ask, what are you doing about this... and there goes another 15 minutes but the knowledge and experience received was invaluable.

I know most of you have likely being doing this for a while and don't need the help, but for anyone new Lee provides excellent customer service.
