Self-Defense Light ...

There are so many scams ..... and I have limited funds, so I want to hopefully get this right the first time .....

I do lots of cycling at night (I don't drive), sometimes for 8 hours or more. I want to get a super-blinding bright light with strobe mode to use for self defense .....

I will not be using this light for cycling. I already have two very bright cycling headlights (Cygolite 360 Lumens and Magnus Innovation 860 Lumens).

Since this light will not be used regularly, I'm hoping to have batteries (rechargeable ?) that will hold a strong charge for a long time .....

Off topic, but I'm also planning on having a super-loud whistle, tazer gun and mase/pepper spray.

I'm hoping to spend around $100 for the extremely blinding-bright light. If possibly, I'd like to have a light that will securely attach to my arm, so I will always have the light with me, and be able to enable whether on or off my bike .....
