Female founder of Survival group

In all the years I have been preparing I have only met two other female leaders of groups. The guys that I have met have been pretty good but some think a woman cannot hold a leadership position. Our Group has been up and running for 15 years with good results. Anyone else here a leader or have you known women leaders?
