Recommend a 3 day hike in Mid-West

As per a few of the other posts that I made earlier, my son (16 years old) and I are planning a 3 day hike. We originally planned on hiking the Buffalo River Trails but have a change of mind due to they're 2-4 miles long. We're looking for something around 15-20 miles, scenic, and having a camping spot throughout the trail. Can anyone recommend a good trial? We live in KC and looking to travel around 4-5 hours. This is a father/son outing.
