Just read the story linked by DR on washington examiner, I don't like the sound of any of it. He says that having 9000 state / local jurisdictions is a big issue as far as securing national elections but doesn't that make it impossible for outside forces to hack or influence results! Everything he says is either flawed thinking or devious.
