a little hesitant to post here, but I guess if I want to participate I need to introduce myself.

I'm almost certain that I don't share views with most of the members here. I'm pretty liberal, am not christian, will vote for HRC, am not afraid of the gov't, etc.

But I'm also a scientist. I understand climate science. And bad 'things' are coming due to climate change. What form these 'things' will take, how soon they will occur, what response gov'ts will take, how it will affect us here in North America ... these things I can't predict really ...
