yeah, it is a search.. as are recording and documenting emails and online conversations of citizens.. all 4th amendment violations without a warrant or probable cause.. i thought "stop and frisk" laws were only approved after probable cause has been established?

for that matter, what constitutes probably cause?.. is that even constitutional to be searched just because some cop THINKS youve committed a crime?.. and we all know how often probable cause gets abused by police claiming they heard or seen something they really didnt (like a cry for help)
