Things that can store in the attic

Water. If you spread it out a little and it doesn't freeze up there.

Where I'm at, the attic temps range from freezing to 120+ F. We have close to a foot of blown in insulation up there.

I tapped into the HVAC system and built an insulated room in ours to store stuff. It still gets hot or cold, but within 10F of the main house temps.
