DIY bunker

I am wanting to build a decent sized bunker on my farm for me and my family.

I've seen a lot of your builds from searching around however I have one main issue that I'd need help addressing.

Secrecy.

I like the idea of using ICF but I don't want to have concrete truck drivers come out and see what i am doing.

Mixing hundreds of m3 of concrete myself is not going to work as there will be cold joints. (Unless cold joints don't matter?)

Could anyone recommend any methods of building a secure bunker entirely myself?

I have the ability to weld metal, woodwork, and brickwork but not sure how I would use concrete blocks and secure a roof?

I was thinking 5m x 5m bunker. With a tunnel to my farm house basement.
