Nutritional values of dry survival foods

Grams per pound for Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat:

Pinto beans..........94, 283, 7
Hard red wheat...108, 270, 4
Corn....................71, 337, 21
Macaroni..............58, 337, 7
White Rice............32, 360, 3

Each of these dry foods have around 1600 calories per pound, I store one pound per day per person.
I was surprised that beans didn't come in higher for protein. Dollarwise beans (60¢/lb) do not look like your best deal (vs corn or wheat at 16¢/lb), though they are said to supplement some proteins the grains may lack.
