I want to get started with better eating habits, to get into fighting shape again, and I've heard that weekly meal prep has been successful for many people but I'm not sure how to start...
If anyone has any experience, or links to any resources, I'd appreciate your mentorship. I know this isn't a SHTF topic, but being physically and mentally tough for catastrophy is. Recipes are welcome too!
