Not highly useful info by a long shot, but the following might assist some other czech revolver users in a google search, they are getting a little more popular.

The HKS 22LR-HR 9 shot speedloader for HR 9 and Taurus 94 work in the Alfa 12-20" barrel revolving carbines, and Alfa Proj revolvers with regular grips.

Its possible the speedbeez for the Taurus might as well, awaiting one to test
