B12 deficiency .

Well I've been sort of following my wife's new vegetarian lifestyle for the most part. I eat meat if we go out or have over friends and family. So it a big decrease in animal protein . I haven't noticed any symptoms of B12 deficiency so when I had my annual medical check up I was told I have to start taking B12 vitamins because my level is real low. Now I'm 61 and you start losing the ability to absorb vitamin B12 as you age but this sure put the brakes on this vegetarian crap for me. I will continue to cut out all the processed food but meat is definitely back on the table.
