Duramax jelling up solutions

Ok, so it seems that no matter how much power service I put in my pickup, it still jells up. Even using "premium" diesel and power service. I've even used 50/50 with power service and still jelled up.

What solutions are out there to help other than running straight #1?

Edit: it was showing -22f when it jelled on me with a tank full of premium and power service with a new filter
