Concern for trump's health

Have you noticed how corpulent the president has gotten lately? On top of being disgusting to look at, I'm terrified that he's going to be struck down by a massive heart attack at any moment.

(somebody who's spent 40% of his term playing golf and is still that flabby makes me wonder if he has a thyroid problem)
