M1951 vs M65 trouser liners

I now have two pairs of M1951 field pants; one lightly used one brand new. The used ones were obviously tailored in the past because the new ones fit way different. With all the extra room in my second pair of pants I am considering picking up some liners. Now, I already have plenty of cold weather gear so its not that I NEED to fill any niche but why not?

Question is, do I go with the woolen M1951 liners or the poly M65 liners? Is either significant more durable or more breathable? I have to imagine the M65 is a lot lighter. I like the idea of all wool, though, especially since most real wool pants cost an arm and a leg these days...
