Thinking about purchasing a large one. Something like the one below.
Since our BOL orchard, grape vineyard, berry vines & strawberry plot are productive & mature.
We usually end up with more freshly harvested fruits/berries we can consume. We can a LOT of fruits, jams, jellies, etc. Even so, we still end up with surplus, I would like to put to good use.
A steam juicer appears to be a simple/easy way to produce all sorts of healthy natural fruit & berry juices that keep relatively well.
Pro's/Con's?
