Bridge collapse in Miami

A "new" pedestrian bridge completely collapsed in Miami. The bridge spans a highway and it looks like 8 cars are trapped underneath it. From the looks of the film footage, it looks like the bridge wasn't open to the public yet. This article mentions casualty count, but they've not mentioned any number of casualties on the news yet, other than there are some.
