Ruger American or S&W M&PBeen looking at an m&p 2.0 4.6 inch .45. However seen the American on grab a gun but have not handled. Anybody have either or shot either. My 1911 is looking for a friend. The only thing about the m&p is the grip is so rough that I might have to sand it down a little if I get that one. Just looking for some personal input from other shooters. By the way grab a gun has the American for 339, the m&p for 419 and a lgs has the m&p for 550.
