a couple weeks ago i trashed my main 12" frying pan and bought me a lodge 12", i already have a 10" round griddle, but i do not want to stop there.. i want more, i want a piece of cast iron to handle every job in the kitchen..
so, what exactly is needed to round off a cast iron collection besides the two i already have?.. i'll definitely need something for making soups and sauces in, and i definitely want to get a dutch oven as well.. and that 12" is a real PITA given its size and weight if i just need it to make a chicken breast or two.. perhaps a grill pan?
im relatively new to the cast iron scene, and must say im loving the pieces i already have
