Jacob Gayton Knives

As anyone who cooks knows, good knives are required in the kitchen. Most chefs have their own personal sets of knives they take with them from job to job. I recently purchased a set of custom knives from Jacob Gayton (a champion knife maker from the Knife or Death show.

After a several week wait (like I said, custom made) I got my set of chef knives. They are heavy duty, high carbon steel and will hold an edge to infinity. These should last several generations.
