In a twist that shocks exactly no one, North Korea has said they're not going to get rid of their nuclear capability. They want the US to do so in the area first before they'll agree to denuclearize.
I actually liked that Trump was willing to have talks with them (and this from someone that really doesn't like Trump) since the alternative wasn't working but it did seem pretty naive/silly when he was making declarations like these afterwards.
