Pretty good tradin' day yesterday

Traded off an old M1 Garand I had in the safe along with a couple of cans of ammo for four pretty decent handguns and got $250 cash to boot.

One of the Beretta Italian police trade ins with a couple of mags...

A Glock 21 SF with a factory threaded barrel and suppressor sights, and a couple of extra mags. Now I gotta go find a can for it. It never ends. .......

A SIG P220 "Compact" with night sights and a couple of mags. Im glad they got rid of that silly beavertail. I was missin my old P245 and got sentimental. .....

And lastly, a nice S&W 645 with a couple of mags.....

Took them out and shot them all when I got home and they all seem to be shooters. Put about a 100 rounds through each, and not a problem with any of them

The Beretta shoots really well, even with those near USGI 1911 sights. For a trade in, it really doesnt show much wear.

The SIG looks about brand new, as does the 645.

The Glock is in good shape too, but as with most of the others Ive bought used around here, was bone dry and dirty as hell.

Ive never been much of a fan of the S&W autos, and never owned one over the years, although Ive shot a couple and always thought, meh. This is the first 645 Ive shot and I really like it. Accurate, and has a DA trigger thats right up there with their revolvers. Whoever had this one must not have shot it much, if at all, and left it in the safe or a drawer, as theres barely a scratch or nick on it. Dates to somewhere around 1986-87.
