Five-star book recommendation: Celebration of Discipline

Just want to recommend the book Celebration of Discipline by Richard Foster. It is one of the best books on Christian spirituality I have ever read--up there with The Pursuit of God by A.W. Tozer (different subject but same quality, depth, and wisdom).

It addresses aspects of walking with God that no other book (that I've read, at any rate) talks about with such depth of experience. It is abundantly evident that Foster has practiced what he teaches for years upon years.

If you read the book summary given by Amazon...I'll just say that while it's somewhat accurate, it falls short of doing justice to the book's depth.
