Marlin Closing?

I strongly suspect this is false, but I thought I'd post it up for consumption. It's not beyond the left to actually try to do something like this, but I suspect gun manufacturers are a little too pro-2A to fold. I did a little searching and found nothing..

Edit: A little follow up. It appears Freedon Group is doing something with Marlin,, but the group is not affiliated with Soros.

It is a little concerning that a single investment group is getting involved with so many gun manufacturers though. I'm not sure what that might/could lead to.
