Maybe a day or two, and usually not even that (my PCP has a 64 slice CT in his office... I need to meet the Siemens sales rep, that guy/gal has them everywhere in my AO).
But if there is Medicare for all somehow, the reality of the UK would become the reality here. See also the VA...
