Search and rescue insurance

Has anyone of you had any kind of hikers insurance at some point? Which one and how much did it cost you? What was the name of it?

Far more importantly most importantly to me did it actually cover something? What were your cost?

I'm doing research on some hikers insurance and it is extremely frustrating there's so much lawyer fine print
