She may not be dead, but she is probably no longer fit to discharge her duties as a Justice of the Supreme Court.

I saw her doing an interview before her fall and surgery, and she looked like she had one foot in the grave then. We buried my wife's grandmother last year and Ginsburg looked worse than she did confined to her bed for the last month.
