When God shows up...

Do you ever occasionally lose things around the house? Car keys, wallet, important piece of paper? Especially when you are in a hurry for some odd reason.

A number of years ago myself and my wife got really aggravated when we were trying to find something and couldn't find it to save our lives. We knew it was some where in the house and that was the frustrating thing, we knew it was here. We searched for hours and for what ever reason one of us finally said "Let Pray About this". And BAM within a couple minutes we found it.

We both pray about everything, if I told all that we pray about daily you would call us crazy people. <prolly are>

But any way a number of years ago when something got lost, we come together and ask God to "bring into the light which is in darkness".

Our/God's track record is like 696-0 success record. TODAY we had plans, we were leaving with our dogs to a cabin we rented for the weekend. All packed up and we suddenly could find the car keys to our SUV. Weather was bad so we didn't go

But any way began our frantic search Looked on the hooks we hang our keys, she searched her purse, checked the family room, the living room, the dining room, the bedrooms, the office, the garage and...nothing.

So after about a 30 minute search my brilliant wife finally said "it's time we call in the big guns". I said, why didn't I think of that????

Came together in the kitchen, held hands and asked God to "bring our keys into light and out of the darkness"....and like clock work BAM she found them in 12 seconds flat. They must have fallen off the table and fell into one of her bags from school the very first place she looked after we prayed.
