So, anyone considered guilty of a “hate” crime misdemeanor (not a felony) will lose their right to keep and bear arms. Now I don’t know about you, but I find it nearly impossible to know what actually constitutes a so-called “hate crime” let alone a “hate misdemeanor”.
I suspect that many of the posts on this forum would fall into this vague category including some of mine. Hate crime is the punishment of a certain kind of thought that ends us being determined to offend someone. So if, for instance, I might criticize illegal immigrants as criminals, would I be considered guilty of a “hate crime misdemeanor”?
What if I should suggest that since many black people seem to desire to be segregated from the rest of our society by having black only housing on college campuses or buying property to have a black only communities like the one in Georgia, that perhaps we should have a white only housing on college campuses or white only communities; would I be guilty of a “hate crime misdemeanor”?
