Hand loader

I have a Hornady Lock and load progressive. It is good for bulk loading ammo but have been told that it is not very good for more accurate loads. Also, maybe cannot easily do 7mm mag and 300 win mag, though I have only tried 9mm and 223. Can someone recommend a good hand loader that will produce very accurate loads (based on operators skills, of course) and will accommodate the 7 mm and 300 win mag? I am hoping to stay under $200, but will reallocate funds if I need $300 to do the trick. I just won't eat for a couple of weeks
