Regeneron Pharmaceuticals will follow Gilead's lead (they make Remdesivir), and temporarily offer their med for free.

Eventually there will be a price set in order to formally include the two meds into the formulary and allow facilities to purchase and then bill the med to insurance/patient.

Meds and treatment costs are not cheap, but if effective are worth every penny IMO.

Who gets it first?
Those who most need it at the time.
Not all folks C-19 positive will make good candidates for this off label treatment.
Current kidney and liver function are just two key indicators of whether or not a patient should begin this type of treatment.
