Given the NK strategic partnership with Iran, I suspect this is actually Iran's handiwork. No one in the media will talk about it, but NK is the perfect place to test Iran's nukes. Does anyone actually think that Iran stopped nuke development just because of an agreement with the infidel John Kerry?

I'm willing to bet Trump takes little Kimmie off his Christmas card list after this.
