Home security practices- teenage kids with keys & cars

Im just looking for practical measures or behaviors i should engrain in my kids now that i have a teenager with his own house keys and a couple younger than him. I live in a typical large city suburb.

The house itself is pretty hardened; dead bolt locks, motion lights, steel doors, window film, alarm, video, etc. everybody can shoot & we ran some drills.

What im talking about is avoiding security problems caused by teenage behavior that undermines all the passive defenses i have installed- like inviting wrong people, sneaking friends in to restricted rooms, climbing out windows & leaving them open etc. i wish all i had to do is look my kids in the eyes and say "dont do stupid things that put your parents lives at risk" or "be aware of all that goes on in my house so i dont get attacked when i come home."

I would appreciate any constructive advice.
